In electric power distribution, a busbar (also bus bar) is a metallic strip or bar, typically housed inside switchgear, panel boards, and busway enclosures for local high current power distribution. They are also used to connect high voltage equipment at electrical switchyards, and low voltage equipment in battery banks. They are generally uninsulated, and have sufficient stiffness to be supported in air by insulated pillars. These features allow sufficient cooling of the conductors, and the ability to tap in at various points without creating a new joint.

Bending Unit

  • CNC SIEMENS PLC control system, Operate interface with touching screen.
  • Only need to input your required Bending Angles and Busbar Thickness, machine will process automatically.
  • Through replace different Bending Molds, can get the below Bending types:

  • which is with Automatic shutdown function,and can control the down time of cutting unit and punching unit,it is more stable and reliable than traditional relays.

*Input height and length directly in order to process the required parts (such as Z type bending), the bending precision ± 1 °, repeat bending precision ± 0.3

 

Punching Unit(1). United six-dies turn-plate structure, make sure the upper die and the lower die are absolutely in the center. (2). 6 punching dies can punch 6 kinds of holes, no need to replace the dies frequently. (3). Three location modes: locating pin, locating ruler and light. (4). No pressing mark on the workpiece surface. (5). Can punch non-standard holes with special dies, for example, square hole, oval hole etc. (6). 2 limit switches. (foot switch & press button) (7). By added punching position, the machine can locate x axis and y axis mechanical double direction location. that makes workers need not to cross lines and make punching marks, then improving the operating efficiency and accuracy of punching. (8). 6 sets of punching dies can install the turret punching working station  

 

Shearing/ Cutting unit

(1). Use sharp type of shearing, flat incision interface, no droops, no burrs, no waste.

(2). Two pressure type to make sure no apex angle.

(3). 2 limit switches. (foot switch & press button)

(4). Cutting unit is with double upright pillars and double blades cutting structure.The above blade and below blade are installed vertically parallelly ,make sure the cut smooth,no waste,no deformation for longtime used
